Where are you located?
Our shop is located in Historic Roebling, NJ. We welcome walk-ins, but appointments are recommended for custom projects.
What are your business hours?
We’re open Monday–Friday, 9 am–5 pm, and Saturday by appointment only.

Do you offer design help or only printing?
We do both! Our in-house design team can create custom artwork from scratch or fine-tune your existing design to make it print-ready.
What type of files should I send for printing?
For best results, we recommend vector files (AI, EPS, PDF) or high-resolution PNG files (300 DPI or higher). If you’re unsure, send what you have — our team will help prepare it for production.
Can you match my brand colors exactly?
Absolutely. We use Pantone Color Matching to ensure your printed and embroidered items perfectly reflect your brand’s identity.
What’s your minimum order quantity?
No Order Minimums!!
What is your turnaround time?
Standard turnaround is 12–15 business days from final approval of artwork. Rush services are available — just let us know your deadline when you place your order.
Do you provide samples or proofs before production?
Yes. We provide digital proofs for all custom orders before printing or embroidery begins. You’ll have the opportunity to review and approve the final design before production starts.
Do you offer bulk discounts?
Yes! We offer tiered pricing for larger quantities and recurring customers. Contact us directly for a custom quote tailored to your needs.
Do you offer delivery or shipping?
Yes. You can pick up your order at our Springfield location, or we can ship anywhere in the U.S. Local delivery options are also available for bulk orders and business clients.
What if there’s an issue with my order?
Quality is our top priority. If you ever experience an issue, contact us within 5 business days of receiving your order. We’ll review and make it right — satisfaction guaranteed.
